Hello! I'm owner & Lead Trainer Wally Baskovich [BIO], certified through the NATIONAL ACADEMY of SPORTS MEDICINE, an industry leader in Fitness Certifications. CERTIFIED in: {CPT. So WHY am I a fitness Trainer? Because I truly believe that if a person has been blessed with a gift, that before God they MUST give back to society by teaching/training others what they have learned.

I've had the pleasure of being able to influence lives in the area of Fitness & Nutrition for over 40 years, a life-experience only imagined by most.  My background includes, but is not limited to: 

Being trained in CALISTHENICS as a youth by an AAU 3 time FLYING RING Gold Medalist (my father). I also was also highly trained in CIRCUIT TRAINING  & NEGATIVE MOVEMENTS TRAINING under a Mr. Gary S. who worked directly beside Dr. Arthur Jones, who was the inventor of Nautilus Gym Equipment, who became world famous with his specific Circuit Training that  has been used by Athletes World-wide and by people and Gyms everywhere. In addition, I also trained MARTIAL ARTS under various Masters, but specifically recognizing being under Master Ric Martin who won the  1995 Uechi-ryu  Championship in  Okinawa.

Your first step towards your goal will be our benchmark assessment, which includes an in-depth medical and fitness questionnaire, body composition index, movement screen, and postural analysis. We'll evaluate your history, your overall fitness level, and objectives, to create your personal fitness road-map. Since needs, goals and lives change, the constant conversations we'll have between us will play a vital role in your success; because at the end of the day, it's about performing at your peak, and living your life to the fullest. 

I have also followed the teachings of  CHARLES ATLAS who created 'DYNAMIC TENSION' in the 1950's, now typically called, Isometrics). JACK LaLANNE ("the godfather of fitness" as named by Arnold Schwarzenegger). And of course, BRUCE LEE'S exercise routines. And as mentioned earlier, my father​ Wally Sr. who was a 3 time AAU Gold Medalist on the Flying Rings, and 2 time U.S. Amputee Golf Champion. These are/were my heroes, mentors, and inspiration. 

 We humbly believe we are one of the best; as we have long-time practical experience, and endeavor to help and guide each and every person to have the knowledge they need, so that they can carry that experience and information with them for the rest of their lives.  All routines are Science backed giving you a well-balanced & stronger body.

Michelle Adair is a Fitness Professional training over 8 years and holds certifications in Schwinn Cycling, Group Fitness with NETA, Livestrong Foundation, Move with the Department of the Army-VA, Healthways and SilverSneakers, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Ripped, Bosu and Tabatta.  Michelle is extremely passionate about Weightlifting, Cross ‘Training’ and HITT.  

She has worked with ages 5 to 95 and loves helping others achieve their goals showing them that they’re capable of most anything - as long as they set their mind to it. She is mother to three teenage boys, and is always learning, reading, and researching Fitness & Nutritional information.

Train With Purpose By Adding Structure to Your Workouts With a Professional Trainer.

Your body doesn’t betray you as you get older; most often than not, YOU betray your body!

A qualified personal fitness coach / trainer can help you safely start and maintain an effective exercise regiment and understands your 'fitness goals' to help you achieve them. A personal trainer can be a great source of motivation and encouragement, as well as a resource for the latest objective health and fitness information.  When choosing a professional fitness coach/trainer the deciding factor should be their experience, and that experience must transcend the norm in the fitness industry. And to add to that, the trainer/coach MUST have the ability to communicate that experience to the individual or time and money will be wasted.  

Fitness At Its Best! Ever know anyone that went to the gym and hit the weights, machines, and Group Classes for years, yet never REALLY changed significantly? Then others, within a short time, have a total transformation.  Here is an example of why: The majority of people that take up a hobby/sport such as Golf, Tennis, Running, etc. never use a trainer. Year after year they struggle to improve their game but only do so in small increments. Most every one of the people in this example try year after year to break 100 or even 90 in Golf, or endeavor to play Tennis at a higher level, or Run a 10k in a respectable time, yet never do. When a person takes up a sport or exercise, in order to see significant results in a much shorter period of time, they (almost without exception) MUST hire a coach/trainer to be sure they are executing the techniques correctly. 

A trainer turns weaknesses into strengths; they will ‘SEE’ what that person could NEVER see on their own. That's why every professional athlete has a coach/trainer no matter how 'great' they may be – to always take their game to a higher level and to keep it that way.  A person that utilizes a ‘Professional’ and Highly-Experienced Trainer (that has lived what they preach for at least 5-10 years) will almost without exception, attain their goals extraordinarily fast and safe – going to a level of fitness that would be almost impossible to attain on their own. 

Respectfully, trainers that have worked out only a few years and then start training others do NOT have the proper experience; it takes YEARS to develop the skills, experience, knowledge, and wide-range of applicable abilities to PROPERLY train another person. 

For instance; if a trainer is a male weightlifter (and that is his main knowledge source) and tries to train a female that wants to tone and lose weight, or someone has physical limitations or past injuries of which proper care is needed, that trainer will most inevitably NOT be able to help them, and most likely will cause injury. DO utilize a trainer, but pick wisely.
