We effectively use PERIPHERAL HEART ACTION SYSTEM (PHA); which is simply a regimented workout where you alternate upper and lower body exercises throughout the CIRCUIT, which helps prevent blood pooling, allowing you to go longer in your workout by preventing 'the burn' feeling (by allowing the re-oxygenated blood to neutralize lactic acid and hydrogen ions we all get when we do other styles of workouts). Since you are doing the exercises in Circuit fashion, and also executing (at times) HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), there is little rest between the exercises which allows for a cardio type of workout while doing resistance training.

Are your tired of not progressing in your fitness journey? I have over 5 DECADES of EXPERIENCE {BIO}, and if you want it bad enough, no matter your level of fitness, I'll help get you there with everything that's within me - but you need to give it all you have, I cannot do it for you.  


Our workouts combine both CARDIOVASCULAR and STRENGTH TRAINING in a CIRCUIT & INTERVAL type format that exercises virtually every part of your body, both inside and out, also resulting in MAXIMUM METABOLIC BURN (natural weight-loss)


But most importantly; I have pretty much mastered the art of NEGATIVE & ISOMETRIC training, the true foundation of strength - used by Athletes & Martial Art Masters World-wide, and also Physical Therapists (on a very different degree). It is  virtually a lost art in gyms and with trainers. This is how people with difficulties such as Strokes and folks that never did a Push-up or Pull-up can do so at our facility.


As you progress in your training you'll acclimate yourself to the routines while incrementally increasing the intensity, resulting in a more conditioned body.

HEART-RATE CIRCUIT & HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) is designed to increase [EPOC] (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption) * which keeps burning calories (and Fat) for up to 36 hours - also called the "After-burn" -  all backed by Modern Science.*  Exercises that consume more oxygen burn more calories.
