Ideal for those new to exercise, returning after some time, or needing closer supervision and personalized pacing due to balance, strength, or movement challenges.
Members can move to Program A once they have gained sufficient strength, mobility, and confidence. Progress timelines differ widely.

Active & Independent Training
Small Group (avg. 4–6) ~ 45min.
Participants must be actively physically fit, able to get up and down from the floor without assistance, and comfortable following a moderate-intensity full-body circuit training program in a small-group setting.

ADVANCED MOBILITY & STABILITY TRAINING
Tailored 1-on-1 Coaching (60 min.)
Significant Balance, Walking, or Mobility Limitations
Higher-support training for individuals needing assistance to improve movement and stability safely.
Post-Rehabilitation Support
Continued training following physical therapy to restore strength, balance, and functional confidence.
Neurological Conditions
Carefully tailored, one-on-one training for individuals with ongoing mobility limitations, such as Parkinson’s, stroke, fibromyalgia, CMT, and related neurological conditions.
