  • Emphasizes maintaining and refining strength, mobility, coordination, and daily energy while preserving the physical capacity needed for real-world activity and independence.

    Best suited for those with an established fitness foundation who want to stay sharp or progress further — NOT intended for individuals starting from zero.

For those outside of Augusta, GA. area; we create customized workouts around your home gym equipment, if any, including exercises that can be done at home & work using common items. This service is not live video-based but may include some pre-recorded videos. A meal plan is also provided.
